To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We use Google as our authentication provider.

5. Subscription and Payments

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

5.1 Pricing and Credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

Credits are refreshed monthly on the date of your subscription. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Each generation of a cover letter or CV consumes 2 credits.

6. Usage Limitations

Free accounts have limited generation quotas per month. Paid subscriptions offer increased generation limits. We reserve the right to modify these limitations at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our service. However, you grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide our services. The documents generated by our service are owned by you and provided for your personal use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

We do not guarantee that the documents generated will result in job offers or interviews. The effectiveness of the generated content depends on various factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We are not liable for any service unavailability, errors, or inaccuracies in the documents generated. Our total liability for any claims relating to these Terms or our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last month.
